- Stewarding needs during the second weekend (July 16th – 18th) will be dependent on volume of submissions and Judging/Steward needs will be scaled to accommodate. We will make sure to keep you notified of any cancelation of dates and will work to the best of our capacity to accommodate.
- Our organizers will send out Steward Schedules with dates and session times by July 2nd.
- Any schedule change requests must be received by June 20th. No modifications to the schedule will occur after June 20th.
