Birdsong Brewing Co. is owned by husband and wife team, Chris and Tara Goulet. The story of how they came to own the brewery is quite interesting. Coincidentally, around the same time, their friend and co-worker at the bakery, Conor Robinson, was starting to learn how to home-brew.
