The festival takes place on November 4th and 5th, 2023, at Auditorium Shores in Austin. It is a two-day event filled with culinary delights, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, and live entertainment. The gates will be open on both Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5:30 pm, allowing attendees ample time to explore all the festival has to offer.
In addition to the extensive wine selection, the festival also showcases the talents of renowned chefs and culinary experts. Cooking demonstrations and tastings provide a chance to learn new techniques and discover innovative flavors. I have had the pleasure of attending cooking demonstrations by some of the world's most celebrated chefs, and each time I come away inspired and eager to try new recipes in my own kitchen.
The ambiance of the festival is another highlight for me. The setting at Auditorium Shores is picturesque, with the Austin skyline as a backdrop. The festival grounds are well laid out, with plenty of space to wander and explore. There are also designated areas for relaxation, where attendees can take a break from the festivities and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
