It is a Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey owned by Beam Suntory, a leading spirits company. Knob Creek is part of the small batch Bourbon range introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe, who was the grandson of Jim Beam.

I have had the opportunity to taste Knob Creek on multiple occasions, and I must say that it is a truly exceptional Bourbon. The flavor profile is rich and full-bodied, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It has a smooth and velvety texture, and the finish is long and satisfying.

One of the things that sets Knob Creek apart from other Bourbons is its aging process. It is aged for a minimum of nine years, which is longer than the industry standard. In terms of production, Knob Creek follows the traditional methods of Bourbon making. It is made from a mash bill that consists primarily of corn, along with some rye and malted barley. I recall a memorable experience when I visited the Jim Beam distillery and had the opportunity to witness the production process of Knob Creek first-hand.
