Bourbon, a beloved American whiskey, can be made anywhere in the United States. While it is often associated with the state of Kentucky, it is important to note that bourbon can legally be produced in any state. However, there is one key distinction to be aware of – only whiskey produced in the state of Kentucky can be labeled as Kentucky Straight Whiskey.
