Her attention to detail is meticulous, and she is constantly striving for perfection in every bottle of Alta Nova Cabernet Sauvignon.
But it's not just Britt's technical skills that make her a great winemaker. It's her passion and dedication to her craft. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the wines she creates. Of course, no winemaker can create exceptional wines alone. Britt is supported by an incredible team, but I must also give credit to my wife and partner, Genevieve. She has been instrumental in bringing Alta Nova to life and has been a constant source of support and inspiration.
Together, Britt, Genevieve, and I have worked tirelessly to create Alta Nova Cabernet Sauvignon. We believe that great wine is made in the vineyard, so we carefully select the best grapes from our estate vineyards. We pay close attention to every step of the winemaking process, from vineyard management to fermentation to aging in oak barrels.
