Galveston Bay Brewery, located off a farm road in Dickinson, was originally opened in 2014 by three owners: Purdom, Hawkin, and Stevens. These individuals, including myself, came together with a shared passion for brewing and a vision to create a unique and thriving brewery in the Galveston Bay area.
When I first encountered Galveston Bay Brewery, it was a relatively new venture, still finding its footing in the local craft beer scene. As a sommelier and brewer, I was immediately drawn to the potential of this small, independent brewery. The quality of their beers and the passion of the owners were evident from the start.
