Platform Beer is brewed at our two locations in Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio. These cities serve as the heart and soul of our brewing operations, where we dedicate ourselves to crafting the best beer possible. Each location has its own unique atmosphere and brewing capabilities, allowing us to experiment and create a wide range of innovative and delicious brews.
In Cleveland, our original tasting room and production facility is located in the Ohio City neighborhood. This vibrant area is known for its thriving food and drink scene, making it the perfect location for our brewery. The Cleveland facility is equipped with a 20-barrel brewhouse, allowing us to produce a large volume of beer while still maintaining our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Our Cincinnati location, known as Platform Beer Co. – Cincinnati, is situated in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. This historic area is known for its rich brewing heritage, and we are proud to be a part of this tradition. The Cincinnati facility features a 3.5-barrel pilot system, which allows us to produce small-batch and experimental beers. This smaller scale brewing setup gives us the freedom to push the boundaries of beer styles and flavors.
Both of our brewing facilities are staffed by a talented team of brewers who are passionate about their craft. They work tirelessly to create unique and exceptional beers that showcase the best of what the craft beer industry has to offer. Our brewers are constantly experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to push the boundaries of what beer can be.
In addition to our on-site brewing operations, we also collaborate with other breweries across the country to produce special release beers. These collaborations allow us to learn from and share ideas with other talented brewers, resulting in truly unique and exciting brews.
