Coors is not made by Anheuser-Busch (AB InBev). Coors is actually made by MillerCoors, a joint venture between Molson Coors Brewing Company and SABMiller (which is now a part of AB InBev).
To provide some context, AB InBev is one of the largest beer companies in the world and owns brands like Stella Artois, Beck's, and Leffe. SABMiller, on the other hand, was another major player in the beer industry and owned brands like Peroni, Leinenkugel's, and Coors (through its agreement with Molson Coors Brewing Company).
In 2016, AB InBev acquired SABMiller, and as a result of regulatory requirements, they had to divest several of SABMiller's brands. One of these brands was Coors, which was sold to Molson Coors Brewing Company. However, AB InBev still has a 31.2% stake in the newly formed company, MillerCoors.
So, while AB InBev and SABMiller (now part of AB InBev) have a stake in MillerCoors, Coors itself is not made by AB InBev. It is produced by MillerCoors, which is a separate entity owned by Molson Coors Brewing Company.
