As of January 2022, Molson Coors Beverage Company announced that it would cease production of the Saint Archer brand of beer. This decision came as part of a larger strategy to focus on other brands within their portfolio. However, the story doesn't end there.
While it's exciting to see the Saint Archer brand live on, it's important to note that the new owners may have their own vision for the brewery and its beers. They may choose to maintain some of the original Saint Archer recipes or introduce their own lineup of beers. Only time will tell what direction they will take.
Personally, I have had the pleasure of trying Saint Archer beers in the past and have always been impressed with their quality and craftsmanship. Their range of styles, from hop-forward IPAs to smooth and rich stouts, offered something for every beer lover.
One of my favorite Saint Archer beers was their Mosaic IPA, which showcased the unique characteristics of the Mosaic hop variety. Bursting with tropical fruit aromas and flavors, it was a delight to drink. Another standout was their White Ale, a refreshing and crisp wheat beer with hints of citrus and spice.
