To achieve the rich and flavorful profile of this cider, we use over 4 lbs. of homemade cinnamon roasted pecans in each 30-gallon batch. The pecans are carefully roasted with cinnamon and vanilla, which adds a wonderful depth of flavor to the cider. In addition to the roasted pecans, we also add whole cut vanilla beans to further enhance the flavor.
