Many small breweries simply do not have the capacity or resources to produce enough beer to meet the needs of their customers.
Dave and Glen recognized this need and saw an opportunity to fill the gap by providing a facility where craft breweries could have their beer produced locally. This concept of contract brewing allows smaller breweries to focus on their recipes and brand, while leaving the production and distribution to a dedicated facility like Big Kettle Brewing Company.
I have had the pleasure of visiting Big Kettle Brewing Company and speaking with Dave and Glen about their vision for the company.
