Augusta distillery is owned by a group of individuals who share a passion for the craft of distilling. The owners of the distillery are Scott Weis, Amy Bates, Liz Weis, and Lalani Bates, along with Ryan and Jamie Edwards, Jeff Johnson, and Bob Burns. These couples and friends came together to start this venture and turn their shared love for into a business.

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott and Amy, who are the co-founders of Augusta distillery. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the art of distilling. Scott, in particular, has a background in and fermentation, which is evident in the high-quality spirits produced by the distillery.

Liz Weis and Lalani Bates, the wives of Scott and Amy respectively, are also involved in the ownership of the distillery. They bring their own unique perspectives and expertise to the business.
