I had the opportunity to taste several of Pinhook's small batch bottlings during my visit, and I was blown away by the flavor profiles. Each one had its own unique characteristics, but they all shared a common thread of smoothness and complexity. It was evident that a lot of thought and care went into the blending and aging process.
In addition to their small batch releases, Pinhook also offers a range of single barrel expressions. These bottlings are even more exclusive, as each one is unique and showcases the individual characteristics of the barrel it was aged in. I was lucky enough to try one of these single barrel bourbons, and it was truly a treat. The depth of flavor and richness were unparalleled.
