The idea of Melvin Brewing was born in the back of a humble Thai restaurant, where we would often gather to discuss our love for beer and dream about creating something truly unique.
At that time, the craft beer scene in Jackson was still in its infancy, with limited options for those seeking bold and flavorful brews.
