In addition to Ethiopia, we also source coffees from other renowned coffee-producing regions such as Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and Kenya, among others. Each region has its own unique characteristics and flavor profiles, which contribute to the complexity and depth of our spirits.
Once the coffees arrive at our roastery and distillery, our team of expert roasters carefully roast the beans to bring out their best flavors.
