As an expert sommelier and brewer, I couldn't ask for a better place to work and explore the world of spirits.
But that's not all – we also have an 800-acre farm in Shoreham, Vermont. This expansive farm is home to a variety of crops, including grapes, apples, and grain. It's here that we cultivate the ingredients that go into our exceptional spirits. I have had the privilege of walking through the vineyards and orchards, witnessing firsthand the care and dedication that goes into growing these high-quality ingredients. It's truly a sight to behold.
In addition to our Vermont locations, we also have a 1000-acre cattle ranch in Vero Beach, Florida. This ranch not only serves as a home for our cattle but also as the future site of our rum operation. The warm climate and fertile soil of Florida create the perfect conditions for producing rum of the highest caliber. I have had the pleasure of visiting the ranch and witnessing the passion and expertise of our team as they work tirelessly to bring our vision to life.
Last but certainly not least, we have a chateau in Condom, France. This stunning property is nestled in the heart of the French countryside and serves as a hub for our international operations. The chateau exudes elegance and charm, making it the perfect place to host tastings and events. I have had the incredible opportunity to visit this beautiful location and immerse myself in the rich history and culture of the region. It truly is a dream come true for any wine and spirits enthusiast.
