The Tuckaway Tavern was built a few months after the Butchery, on June 21st, 2012. It was an exciting time for us as we embarked on this new venture, with a focus on providing high quality food and exceptional customer service. The Tavern was designed to be the perfect platform for showcasing the amazing products from the Butchery, and we were thrilled to have Chef Bobby Marcotte leading the way in the kitchen.
