As the largest fraternal women’s organization, Chi Omega has an impressive presence with 181 collegiate chapters spread across universities nationwide. Being a part of Chi Omega means joining a long-standing tradition of excellence. The sorority was founded on April 5, 1895, at the University of Arkansas, and has since expanded to include chapters in various universities across the United States. Each chapter is unique in its own way, reflecting the diversity of its members and the individual university culture. From small liberal arts colleges to large state universities, Chi Omega has a presence in campuses of all sizes, providing opportunities for women to engage in meaningful experiences and personal development.

Personally, as a sommelier and brewer, I have not been directly involved with Chi Omega. However, I have had the pleasure of interacting with some Chi Omega members and alumnae, and their passion and enthusiasm for their sorority have always been evident.
