Typically, our whiskey is aged for a period of 4 to 6 years. This duration allows for a balance between the flavors extracted from the oak and the smoothness of the whiskey. It is during this time that the bourbon undergoes a transformation, as it interacts with the wood and absorbs its flavors.

Once the aging process is complete, we then move on to the blending stage. This is where our expertise as whiskey makers truly shines. We carefully select and combine different barrels to achieve the desired flavor profile for Angels Envy.
