8th Wonder Brewery opened its doors in 2013, setting up shop in a unique dome-like warehouse located in East Downtown Houston. It was a time of excitement and anticipation as we embarked on our brewing journey, inspired by the vibrant spirit of Houston and the desire to bring something special to the local beer scene.
The decision to open a brewery was not taken lightly. We wanted to create a space where beer lovers could come together and experience a wide range of flavors and styles from across the beer world. Our goal was to offer something tasty for everyone, whether they were seasoned beer aficionados or just beginning to explore the wonderful world of craft beer.
The year 2013 marked a turning point for us, as we dove headfirst into the brewing process. We started experimenting with different ingredients, techniques, and recipes to create unique and flavorful brews. Our taproom became a gathering place for beer enthusiasts, locals, and tourists alike, all eager to sample our latest creations and soak in the vibrant energy of the brewery.
Looking back, opening 8th Wonder Brewery in 2013 was a decision that has shaped our journey and allowed us to share our love of beer with the Houston community. It has been a thrilling ride, filled with ups and downs, challenges and triumphs, but one thing remains constant – our commitment to brewing exceptional beer and fostering a sense of camaraderie in the beer community.
