When was Oak and Eden founded?

Answered by Randall Whitlock

When I had the opportunity to speak with Joe, Jamie, and Brad at the festival, I was struck by their genuine enthusiasm and love for what they were doing. They shared their story with me, explaining how they had a desire to create something truly innovative in the industry. They wanted to offer a product that not only tasted exceptional but also had a visually stunning presentation.

The idea of in-bottle finishing was born out of their desire to impart unique flavors and characteristics to their whiskeys. They discovered that by placing a charred oak spire inside each bottle, the whiskey would continue to age and develop in flavor, even after it had been bottled. This process allowed them to create whiskeys that were truly one-of-a-kind, with flavors and aromas that evolved over time.
