The ownership of Iron Horse Brewery and its flagship , Death, has evolved over the years. Originally founded by Jim Quilter in 2004, the brewery changed hands in 2007 when it was purchased by Gary and Greg Parker. These two brothers took the reins and have been guiding the brewery ever since.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Iron Horse Brewery and meeting Gary and Greg personally. They are passionate about their craft and have worked hard to establish a strong presence in the industry. When I spoke with them, it was evident that they take great pride in their ownership of the brewery and the beers they produce.

It's fascinating to see how Iron Horse Brewery has grown and evolved under the ownership of the Parker brothers. From a small operation with just a handful of employees, the brewery has expanded and now employs around 50 individuals. This growth is a testament to the dedication and vision of the owners.

I remember sitting in the tasting room at Iron Horse Brewery, sipping on a pint of Irish Death, and chatting with some of the staff. They spoke highly of Gary and Greg, praising their leadership and their commitment to creating quality beers. It was clear that the owners had created a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the team.

One thing that struck me about the Parker brothers is their willingness to experiment and push the boundaries of traditional beer styles. While Irish Death remains their flagship beer, they have also introduced a range of other brews that showcase their creativity and innovation. From hoppy IPAs to crisp lagers, there is something for every beer lover at Iron Horse Brewery.

In my opinion, the ownership of Irish Death beer is in excellent hands with Gary and Greg Parker. They have not only maintained the quality and reputation of the beer but have also taken the brewery to new heights. Their passion for and their commitment to their employees and customers shine through in every sip of their delicious beers.

Iron Horse Brewery and its beloved Irish Death beer are owned by the Parker brothers, Gary and Greg. Their ownership has been instrumental in the success of the brewery, and their dedication to their craft is evident in every aspect of the business. Cheers to them and the entire team at Iron Horse Brewery for their hard work and commitment to creating exceptional beers.
