Nebraska Brewing Company is owned by Paul Kavulak. Let me share with you a bit about my journey and how I came to own this fantastic brewery.
I have always had a passion for brewing beer, ever since my friend and I had a conversation about it back in 1992. From that moment, I was hooked. I wanted to dive into this world of brewing and explore the incredible diversity and tastes that beer had to offer.
I started homebrewing, and it quickly became a hobby that consumed much of my free time. I was constantly experimenting with different ingredients, techniques, and styles. The more I learned, the more I realized how fascinating and complex the brewing process could be.
As the years went by, my passion for brewing grew stronger. I wanted to share my creations with others and see if they enjoyed them as much as I did. This led me to consider starting my own brewery.
In 2007, I took a leap of faith and founded Nebraska Brewing Company. It was a small operation at first, with just a modest brewing system and a taproom. But I poured my heart and soul into it, determined to create high-quality, innovative beers that would stand out in the market.
I faced many challenges along the way, as any business owner does. But I persevered, driven by my love for brewing and my desire to create exceptional beers. I constantly sought feedback from customers and strived to improve and refine my recipes.
Over the years, Nebraska Brewing Company has grown and gained recognition for its outstanding beers. We have expanded our production capacity, opened additional taprooms, and even started distributing our beers outside of Nebraska.
One of the things that sets Nebraska Brewing Company apart is our commitment to using local ingredients whenever possible. We source hops, grains, and other ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, supporting the community and ensuring the freshest, highest-quality ingredients go into our beers.
I am incredibly proud of what Nebraska Brewing Company has become. It is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of everyone involved. From the brewers to the taproom staff, we all share a common goal of creating exceptional beers and providing memorable experiences for our customers.
