OEC Brewing is owned by Ben Neidhart, who is also the founder of the brewery. As his wife, I have been fortunate enough to witness the growth and success of OEC Brewing from its inception. Ben's passion for brewing and his dedication to creating unique and innovative beers have been the driving forces behind the brewery's success.
While Ben may be the face of OEC Brewing, there is a team of talented individuals who contribute to the brewery's operations. Tony and Dave, who work alongside Ben, are the masterminds behind the brewing process. Their expertise and creativity are what make OEC Brewing stand out in the craft beer industry.
As for me, my role within OEC Brewing is focused on managing the tasting room and handling all things related to finances and paperwork. This includes ensuring that our tasting room is welcoming and enjoyable for our customers, as well as managing the financial aspects of the business such as budgeting, payroll, and taxes. I also take care of the necessary paperwork required by the state and federal governments to ensure that OEC Brewing operates smoothly and complies with all regulations.
Running a brewery is not an easy task, and there are many behind-the-scenes responsibilities that need to be taken care of to keep things running smoothly. From managing inventory and ordering supplies to coordinating events and marketing efforts, there is always something that needs attention. It can be a demanding job, but it is also incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact that OEC Brewing has on our community and the enjoyment that our beers bring to our customers.
One of the things that I find most rewarding about being involved with OEC Brewing is the opportunity to be a part of a creative and passionate team. Seeing the dedication and hard work that Ben, Tony, and Dave put into brewing and experimenting with new flavors is truly inspiring.
