The DaVinci Chianti is not made by a single winery, but rather by a cooperative or co-op. This co-op is made up of around 200 growers who work together to produce this exceptional wine. These growers collectively preside over more than 1,200 acres of vineyards spread throughout the Chianti region. This cooperative approach allows for a diverse range of vineyard sites, ensuring that the grapes used in DaVinci Chianti come from various terroirs and microclimates, adding complexity and character to the final product.
In addition to the vineyards in Chianti, the DaVinci cooperative also manages 267 acres of vineyards in the neighboring region of Montalcino.
