At Pint Nine Brewing Company, I am proud to be the owner and brewmaster. My name is Jimi Watson, and I have dedicated my life to the craft of brewing exceptional beers. Pint Nine Brewing Company is my passion project, born out of a deep love for beer and a desire to create unique and memorable experiences for beer enthusiasts.
Growing up, I was always drawn to the art of brewing. I remember spending countless hours in my parents' basement, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to create my own brews. It was during these formative years that I fell in love with the process and the endless possibilities that brewing presented.

After years of honing my craft and gaining invaluable experience working in various breweries, I decided it was time to take the leap and start my own brewery. And so, Pint Nine Brewing Company was born. The name “Pint Nine” is a tribute to the perfect pour, that moment when the beer fills the pint glass to the brim, creating a beautiful and satisfying sight. It represents our commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As the owner and brewmaster of Pint Nine Brewing Company, I oversee all aspects of the business. From recipe development to brewing, packaging, and distribution, I am involved in every step of the process. I take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients, experimenting with new flavors, and pushing the boundaries of what beer can be.
But owning a brewery is not just about the beer. It's about the people and the connections we make. It's about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels at home. It's about fostering a sense of community and bringing people together over a shared love of craft beer.
