Our bourbon begins with the selection of premium, #1 food-grade corn as the main ingredient. This corn is specifically chosen for its exceptional sweetness and flavor, which contributes to the rich and complex profile of our whiskey. In addition to corn, we use soft red winter wheat sourced from local farms in Texas. This wheat adds a smoothness and creaminess to the final product, balancing out the sweetness of the corn. We are committed to supporting local farmers and using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
