Stone Brewing currently operates two production brewing facilities. One is located in Escondido, California, and the other is in Richmond, Virginia. These two locations allow us to reach a wider audience and meet the growing demand for our beer.
In Escondido, our flagship brewery sits on a beautiful 23-acre property. This is where it all started for Stone Brewing back in 1996. The brewery itself is an impressive sight, with its state-of-the-art equipment and innovative brewing techniques. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our beers, and this facility is where the magic happens.
On the East Coast, our Richmond brewery is situated on a 220,000 square foot property. This facility was opened in 2016 and has quickly become an integral part of our operations. We wanted to bring our beer closer to our fans on the East Coast, and this location allows us to do just that. It's also a testament to our commitment to sustainability, as the Richmond brewery is one of the largest solar-powered breweries in the world.
Having two production brewing facilities gives us the ability to produce and distribute our beer more efficiently. We can now reach all 50 states in the U.S. and over 40 countries worldwide. This expansion has been crucial in meeting the growing demand for our beers and introducing Stone Brewing to new markets.
