As of May 2021, I am honored to hold the position of Beverage Director at this remarkable establishment. Lost Spirits Distillery is known for its innovative approach to crafting spirits and pushing the boundaries of traditional distillation methods. It is an exciting and dynamic environment where creativity and experimentation thrive.
As the Beverage Director, my role is to oversee the development and execution of the bar program. I work closely with the distillers and team members to create a cohesive and immersive experience for our guests. This involves not only curating an exceptional selection of spirits but also designing unique cocktails that highlight the flavors and characteristics of our products.
In my approach to creating cocktails at Lost Spirits Distillery, I still prioritize understanding the preferences and palates of our clientele.
