I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Williams, one of the co-founders of Hoof Hearted Brewing, during a beer festival in Columbus last year. We struck up a conversation about our shared love for craft beer, and Trevor graciously offered to give me a tour of their brewery.
As we walked through the doors of Hoof Hearted Brewing, I was immediately struck by the vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
