Country Boy Brewing is owned by four individuals who are all native Kentuckians. The owners are Daniel “DH” Harrison, Jeff Beagle, Evan Coppage, and Nathan Coppage. These four individuals came together in 2012 to open the brewery in Lexington, Kentucky.
I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the owners of Country Boy Brewing, and I can say that they are incredibly passionate about their craft. Their love for beer and their home state of Kentucky shines through in every aspect of their business.
One of the things that struck me about the owners of Country Boy Brewing is their commitment to using local ingredients in their beers. They source many of their ingredients from Kentucky farmers, including hops, barley, and even fruits and vegetables for their specialty brews. This dedication to supporting local agriculture not only adds a unique flavor to their beers but also helps to strengthen the local economy.
In addition to their commitment to using local ingredients, the owners of Country Boy Brewing are also dedicated to the craft of brewing itself. They have a deep knowledge and understanding of the brewing process and are constantly experimenting with new flavors and styles. I have had the opportunity to try many of their beers, and I am always impressed by the quality and creativity of their brews.
Another aspect of Country Boy Brewing that I appreciate is their commitment to community involvement. They regularly host events and fundraisers at their brewery, and they are active participants in local beer festivals and other community events. This sense of community is evident in everything they do, from the warm and welcoming atmosphere of their taproom to their dedication to giving back to the community that supports them.
The owners of Country Boy Brewing are not just business owners, but true artisans and ambassadors of Kentucky beer. Their passion for their craft, their commitment to using local ingredients, and their dedication to community involvement set them apart from other breweries. I am proud to support and enjoy the beers created by these four Kentuckians.
